The appartments are situated on the upper floor and on the side of the building and are decorated simply and tastefully. For romantic couples there is a tiny house transformed into a duplex. Two further appartments are situated at a distance of some 700 m, next to the house of the owners. A large garden boasting views of the hills of the Pratomagno offers ample opportunities for walks. Il Praticino is situated at an altitude of 800 m which explains the particularly pleasant climate, especially in summer. There is also a large swimming pool, fed with spring water. A day spent here will not be complete without a plate of raviolis with nettles at dinner, a specialty of Teresa, Roberto's mother. This is a holiday home offering an excellent price-quality ratio, ideal for those who are looking for fresh mountain air in an atmosphere of peace and tranquility.
