We are in the heart of the Val d'Orcia, a beautiful area made up of a succession of rolling hills, wheat fields, lined cypress trees and small authentic villages. At an altitude of 600 metres and overlooking the "poggio" (hill), Villa Tre Case is the ideal place to contemplate this type of landscape and meditate on its beauty.

The property consists of 2 houses, one of which has just been restored, creating a convivial living space most suitable for groups of friends and large families. The kitchen and dining room open onto a beautiful, well-landscaped courtyard for dining away from the sun and wind, promising long, pleasant summer evenings.
Two bedrooms in the upper house (main house), three in the lower house and a separate bedroom (overlooking the inner courtyard) provide accommodation for up to 13 people.

The brand new kitchen has been designed like the kitchens of yesteryear, with a central table for preparing meals in groups and numerous cooking points. Tuscany cooking lessons could be given here, and the owners' resident cook would be happy to share her culinary secrets with you too. Villa Tre Case is a beautiful Tuscan house, restored in a spirit of authenticity, offering great tranquillity and a beautiful landscape.

Please note that the house is isolated and can only be reached via a dirt road (4km strada bianca). The nearest shops are 15 minutes away by car. To reach Florence or Rome by train, the nearest station is 20 minutes away. The owners live in Cetona where they have a wine cellar where they sell local products. On request, they offer a catering service at the "Villa Tre Case".
