Beautiful and charming house in typical Aeolian style located in the locality of Pollara, on the island of Salina, in the Aeolian archipelago.
Situated in a quiet and sunny location, the house is set in a natural environment with a unique charm: all around is an oasis of pure Mediterranean vegetation, lush crops of malvasia (a typical Mediterranean grape variety) and capers; at the back stands Mount Porri, and at the front a magnificent view of the sea with the Alicudi and Filicudi islands on the horizon.
The residence, which has kept its original charm, thanks to a careful restoration, is located in a small private property and consists of the main unit and the outbuilding. Both have large solarium terraces where you can spend peaceful moments of relaxation, have breakfast and dinner outside sitting on the Bisuoli, the typical seats of the island.
The interior spaces, furnished with rustic style furniture of sober elegance, keep the traditional ceilings with exposed beams and the typical handmade earthenware... in perfect harmony with the atmosphere of the place.
At the end of a short and charming path, the charming bay of Pollara opens up, located inside a thousand-year-old crater overlooking the sea, where you can enjoy unforgettable baths surrounded by landscapes of breathtaking beauty.
There is no dishwasher or washing machine. Wi-fi is included up to 10 GB per week, over 10 GB to be paid according to consumption.
