This beautiful villa is located in a beautiful area of Tuscany, between Arezzo and Siena, near Monte San Savino, on a property of 3 hectares of olive groves, fields and vineyards.
The property consists of the beautiful Villa Bugiana and the villa occupied by the friendly owners. Both houses are independent and very private with their own independent access road.
The Villa is spacious, well equipped and comfortable, with exposed beams, arches and terracotta floors, and is furnished with antiques. Guests have exclusive use of the garden and swimming pool, surrounded by sun loungers and parasols. Next to the pool there is a covered outdoor dining area in a panoramic position with barbecue.
The main entrance to the house is through a covered veranda, furnished with sofas and armchairs. On the ground floor there is a living room with a fireplace, a bright dining room with two French windows overlooking the garden. A fully equipped rustic kitchen with oven, 5 burner cooker, microwave, coffee maker, espresso machine, fridge with freezer, toaster and dishwasher.
One double bedroom (queen size bed) with television, air conditioning (available on request for a fee) and en-suite bathroom with shower.
On the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom with shower; a twin bedroom (1 single bed 1.20m + 1 French bed 1.40m) with en-suite bathroom with shower.
Washing machine, fans, table tennis, covered parking are available.
The owners have their own vegetable garden and guests are free to pick their own vegetables.
Typical breakfasts and dinners can be arranged on request and at an additional cost.
The village of Monte San Savino is only 2 km away, with good restaurants, a bar, grocery shops, etc.
Arezzo is about 27 km from the house, while Siena is about 45 km away.
