The Villa has an independent heating and air conditioning system, adjustable in each room, as well as an air exchange system. Wi-Fi is available everywhere (inside and outside).

Monsummano, the nearest village, is only 2 km away. There is a supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy, post office, bank, bar, tobacconist, etc.
On the ground floor there is a very spacious living/dining room with a kitchen and bar area with fridge and ice machine. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, oven, fridge, freezer, induction hob and dishwasher. The kitchen opens onto an outdoor pergola with a table and chairs. In the garden there is also a barbecue area.
On the ground floor there is also a double bedroom (also suitable for disabled guests) with shower room and access to the garden and spa area. In the spa area you will find a heated indoor Jacuzzi (3.80 metres x 2.5 metres x H 1 metre) with a panoramic view of the garden, a sauna (4 m²), a Hammam (4 m²), 2 relaxing heated beds, 2 changing rooms with toilets and showers + 1 bathroom with access for disabled people.
From there, a lift leads to the upper floor where there is a relaxation area with sofa and satellite TV.
The ground floor is completed by a bathroom with shower suitable for disabled people and a small laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board.
A modern staircase leads to the first floor where you will find: 3 elegant triple rooms (with one double and one single bed) and 1 double room. En-suite bathroom with shower in each room.
