This magnificent property lies within only 30 minutes of some of the most beautiful beaches in Tuscany (Punta Ala, Castiglione della Pescaia, Argentario, etc.). Originally conceived as an agriturismo, the owners have now offered the whole property for a single let, with exclusive use of the swimming pool. The property is divided into 4 self-contained appartments: 2 appartments for 6 people, the biggest one situated on the ground floor with a table to seat 16, and the smaller on the first floor. The two other appartments are for 2 persons (with a sofa bed in the living room).
Outside, there is a large shaded terrace for you to be able to eat altogether. There is also a barbecue and outdoor games available for the children. The appartments are well-equipped (with dishwashers, washing-machines etc.), and there is an indoor games room for the children.
The delightful medieval village of Montemassi is a 500 metre-walk from the property, with a well-stocked grocery store (for bread, meat, cheese and basic necessities) and two restaurants. Borgo Montauzzo provides excellent value for money, in a region that has preserved much of its authentic character.
